Maui Style Short Ribs (Hawaiian Plate Lunch)

Cooked up some Maui style short ribs on my Weber grill. Also made some Hawaiian style mac salad and sticky rice to complete this "Plate Lunch".

Ham N Cheese Sandwich On My Weber Grill

Grilled up a REALLY GOOD ham and cheese sandwich on my Weber yesterday. I used four cheeses and sourdough. The Craycort cast-iron griddle worked great!

Santa Maria Tri Tip Over An Open Flame

I cooked this Santa Maria Style tri tip over red oak in an open pit, while camping in the Painted Gorge area of the Ocotillo California desert.

You don't need a hole in the desert floor to enjoy this classic however. A backyard grill will do just fine!

Tacos Al Pastor Recipe

A great recipe for making Tacos Al Pastor at home. I did this on my rotisserie, but this recipe works fine on the grill.

Rotisserie Turkey On The Weber

I cooked up a turkey on the rotisserie for our Christmas dinner. Prior to the cook I soaked it in an apple sage brine overnight. Turned out very moist and had a great flavor.
