Smoked BBQ Beef Ribs Video

I smoked a rack of really nice bee ribs the other day. The butcher was out of beef ribs when I went in, so he actually cut these right off of a nice big prime rib roast for me.

    Just saw your beef ribs video. Great job. I never knew the 3-2-1 method could be used on beef ribs. You've definitely inspired me to try beef ribs.
