BBQ Chicken Pizza with Cauliflower Crust!

A really easy...REALLY EASY, gluten free pizza recipe with a cauliflower crust. This crust can be made in minutes!

Greg: El Cajon (San Diego County), CA, United States; I grew up (and live in) southern California. My grandmother came from Missouri, so maybe that's where I got my love for real Southern BBQ. I keep my BBQ pretty traditional. I cook LOW and SLOW over real wood. My favorites for smoking are, apple, pecan, hickory and alder.
