BBQ Chicken (Love's Wood Pit BBQ Recipe)
Thought I'd do a video of Low n Slow cooking on the Weber. On this video, I BBQ'd a chicken using a recipe once used by Love's Wood Pit BBQ. Love's was a barbeque restaurant that was here in California for years. They closed their doors about ten years ago. I don't know why? Here's the video!

Cedar Planked Salmon
Very quick and easy recipe for cedar planked salmon. This video is more on the technique than the recipe however, so feel free to use whatever herbs or seasoning you desire. Cedar planking is my all-time favorite way to cook salmon.
