Pineapple Upside Down Cake On My Weber

I love to experiment with my grill. I came up with this a while back and it is a keeper. Felt like sharing it, so I shot another Youtube video. Enjoy!

Really Good--I needed to find a recipe to accommodate what I needed to use up-cream cheese and a can of crushed pineapple. What a great treat. I think I will offer to bring this to the next family gathering.Thank you for sharing!

Super easy and very tasty! My family prefers this for dessert and we NEVER have any leftovers!

This recipe is easy and delicious. A nice and quick way to incorporate fruit into a meal.

This was excellent!! I used a 9 x 13 glass pan put the pineapples, brown sugar, cherries, and butter on the bottom a little bit of the cake mix and then the crushed pineapple and the rest of the cake mix. I think it turned out awesome! Thanks alot

I made this for a sunday lunch and was a real hit altho i think i could have used less sugar as it came out tasting really sweet - great for my sweet tooth, but probably not for the others! I think either add less sugar or less syrup into the main cake bit and it'll be perfect!
